Shellshock Bug - Patched

A newly-discovered code injection vulnerability, (CVE-2014-6217), in the bash shell, a common component of Linux based operating systems, has been identified.  This bug affects a majority of Linux-based servers and devices.  In response to this, a patch has been released to address the vulnerability.

All affected Compudata servers in our data center have been updated to the latest version of bash.

Update (10/01/2014): More vulnerabilities have been identified in bash.  An updated patch has been applied to our servers to protect against these new vulnerabilities.
