What is an Add-on Domain? Print

An add-on domain allows you to host a completely separate domain from your hosting package.  You could, for example, host domain-one.com as your primary domain in your hosting package.  If your hosting package supports one or more add-on domains, you may also host domain-two.com from the same account, and share the resources of your hosting package between both domains.
